Sample the best of Arab culture at Atlanta Arab Fest on Sunday

Want to experience Arab culture in Atlanta?

It’s not too late.

The Alif Institute will hold the 11th Annual Atlanta Arab Festival from noon to 6 p.m. at 3288 Marjan Dr. The festival began on Saturday.

Visitors can sample food , dance, music and art during the family-themed event.

If shopping is your thing, you can buy books, arts, groceries, rugs, jewelry and traditional home accessories and clothes at the souk.

There are also games for all ages and activities.

Admission fee: $5 per person, Free for children under 12 years

The Alif Institute is a nonprofit American education, culture, arts, and enrichment center with a focus on the Arab culture and Arab Americans.
