Grief and loss seminar: Whether you have experienced grief from the death of a loved one or experienced loss via a job, home, spouse through divorce or other forms, this seminar may be helpful to you. Yoga for men: Bro' Yoga, a yoga class that caters to a man's body, mind and spirit, will help men increase flexibility, establish mindfulness, release stress and more. Lecture and workshop: During the lecture "Path to the Soul" Ashok Bedi, M.D. will discuss the Eastern path to the soul and contrast it with Carl Jung's western path to individuation. The lecture will begin at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 15. Admission is $10-$25. A workshop will also take place and include learning objectives such as living out your authentic nature, mapping out your psyche and decoding your spiritual purpose. Potluck dinner: The Peacemaking Partnership of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta will host a community potluck dinner. The guest speaker will be Amilcar Valencia, executive director of El Refugio, a hospitality house in Lumpkin, right outside the gates of Stewart Detention Center, which serves the family and friends of men detained and separated from their loved ones.
