Praised for her sophisticated musicianship, natural tonal beauty and ease of singing, Maria is currently a full-time Adler Fellow at the San Francisco Opera. Middle school musical: For their 11th Annual Middle School Musical, Eastside Christian School students will perform "The Sound of Music" from Rodgers & Hammerstein's G2K Collection. In this adaptation content has been edited to better suit young performers, but all the elements for a classic show are still in place. Free childcare on Valentine's Day: While parents are out painting the town red, Oak Leaf Church along with their partner, the City of Canton, will keep children safe, fed and entertained thanks to free childcare from 6 – 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14. Called "2015 Valentine's Night Out," this special childcare service aims to give parents an opportunity to explore the different romantic options Canton has to offer.
