Author talk: During the 25th edition of the Book Festival of the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA), Jeffrey Toobin, legal analyst for CNN and author of "American Heiress: The Wild Saga of the Kidnapping, Crimes and Trial of Patty Hearst," will host a community conversation beginning at 8 p.m. Nov. 19. The book is based on more than 100 interviews and thousands of previously secret documents and revisits the kidnapping story of Hearst, heiress to the eponymous family fortune, who was kidnapped by a group of revolutionaries. Advent reflection: An opportunity to reflect on the mystery of Advent and to find peace throughout the busy Christmas season will be explored during Saying Yes to God — A Day of Advent Reflection. The event will take place from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 3 at St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church and will be in partnership with St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church and St. Anne's Episcopal Church.
