Bert's Big Adventure co-founder and Atlanta radio personality Bert Weiss will attempt a basket from half-court to win $20,000 for his charity at half-time tonight when the Atlanta Hawks play the Washington Wizards in a key playoff game.

If Weiss misses the shot, the Hawks will donate at least $5,000 to Bert's Big Adventure's mission of providing a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journeys to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.

The Atlanta Hawks will look to even their first-round series against the Washington Wizards. Tipoff for the home game at Philips Arena is 8 p.m. Here is a video of Weiss practicing.

This is a critical game for the Hawks.
