According to Rebecca Snyder, Zoo Atlanta’s curator of mammals, it's first time that giant panda twins have survived in the U.S. Cub "B" is at left.

Experts, including one from China, have spent the past two months trading off 12-hour shifts to provide round-the-clock care to the two male cubs.

To ensure the survival of "B" (left) and "A" zoo personnel had to switch the cubs every hour. In the wild, pandas care for only one cub.

The cubs weighed 5 pounds at their weigh in at Zoo Atlanta on Sept. 18, 2013.

Voting has began to find names for the two pandas born at Zoo Atlanta.
