A love story, a tragic accident and the birth of The Lone Bellow, a folk-rock band on the rise. Zach Williams channeled the pain from his wife’s accident into music.

Zach sang a surprise solo to Stacy Williams during their wedding, surprising his parents and most, who had never heard him sing before. Through encouragement of friends and the trying times after Stacy's broken neck and paralysis, Zach began singing at open mics, which led to his career as lead singer for the group the Lone Bellow

Zach and Stacy Williams had been married a month and one week when she fell off a horse, breaking her neck. A journal that Zach kept during their long stay at Atlanta's Shepherds Center turned into songs which launched his career that has him as the lead singer for the folk-rock group, the Lone Bellow.

Zach and Stacy Williams had been married a month and one week when she fell off a horse, breaking her neck. A journal that Zach kept during their long stay at Atlanta's Shepherds Center turned into songs which launched his career that has him as the lead singer for the folk-rock group, the Lone Bellow.

Zach and Stacy Williams surprised her in-laws with her first walk weeks after her injury. When she first entered Shepherds Center for rehabilitation, she was paralyzed from the neck down.
