The end of January 2000 was an icy mess, as a storm hit Atlanta on Sunday, January 23. Many metro residents would be without power for days. The following weekend, as Atlanta prepared to host the Super Bowl, the icy rain struck again. Take a look at some of our photos from the storm and its aftermath.
