Allman Brothers Band founding member Dickey Betts celebrates his 70th birthday. He was born in in West Palm Beach Florida in on Dec. 12, 1943, and would go on to write some of the Allman Brothers most memorable and beloved songs, including "Blue Sky," "Jessica" and "Ramblin Man."
