"Dog Whisperer' returns to metro Atlanta

Cesar Millan, the star of the Emmy-nominated hit series "Dog Whisperer" brings his wisdom about dogs and dog psychology to the Cobb Energy Centre on Saturday. In September 2006, Millan visited with Jim and Marcia Sasser in Marietta. This gallery is of that 2006 visit.

Marcia Sasser and husband Jim walk their dogs with "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan, as cameraman Chris Komives records their moves with "sound dog" Miles Ghormley. Millan urges people to make sure to walk their dogs. "Dogs need the stimulation of a walk, the time with their pack, the exercise," he said during his visit. "It's not the same just putting them in the yard."

Location manager Rojo holds Cesar Millan's dogs Luis (left) and Sid. Millan brought the dogs with him to Jim and Marcia Sasser's home in Marietta in September 2006. His dogs had their own motor home and driver.

One look at the Sasser home, which was decorated with all things schnauzer --- from pillows, plates and figurines to magnets, let people know they love dogs, especially their dogs.

Cesar Millan talks with Jim and Marcia Sasser prior to filming one of Millan's television shows for the National Geographic TV channel. Millan spent about four hours in the Sassers' home working with their three dogs.
