Albert the cat is having a bad day.
His owner, Jean Baker, posted a photo of the miserable feline wearing an e-collar after the 2-year-old Persian had a cyst removed.
The e-collar, short for Elizabethan collar, is placed on pets after surgical procedures so they do not rip out the stitches. It’s safe to say that no animal enjoys wearing a cone, but Albert’s expression is priceless.
Albert's owner shared the photo on social media, where it has quickly gone viral. The image has been viewed over 1.7 million times on Imgur. In response, Baker has started an Instagram account starring the cone-hating cat.
