Ethan Ferrier, 4, has been heartbroken ever since his dog, Fern, was stolen from the family’s farm in England.
The dog, a black cocker spaniel mix, has been missing since April of 2013.
The boy’s mother, Jodie Ferrier, says he still asks about his dog daily. Recently, Ethan learned to write and penned a note to the “bad men” who stole the dog. He also made a drawing of his family with Fern.
According to The Telegraph, cocker spaniels are popular in the UK and are often targeted by thieves.
The Ferrier family has created a social media campaign for their missing dog, using the hashtag, #findfern in hopes of tracking down their beloved pet.
