Sudden Infant Death Syndrome is the leading cause of death for infants between 1-12 months of age and studies have shown that many parents are putting their babies to sleep in a way that could put the babies at risk.

1. When putting your baby to sleep, it's best to lay them down on their back.

2. Avoid laying your baby on their side or their stomach.

3. Be sure to avoid using too much loose bedding.

4. It's recommended that parents avoid having their babies sleep with them in an adult bed.
