Baby girl born on same day as mother and father
An Australia couple received the best gift on their shared birthday: A baby girl.
Caitlin and Tom Perkins, of Dirranbandi, Queensland, were both born on August 16, 1986. They welcomed their daughter, Lucy Marie Perkins, on their 30th birthday Tuesday.
According to Cailtin's obstetrician, Dr. Brad Robinson, the family's shared birthday is a one in 48 million chance happening.
Lucy originally wasn't due until a week after she arrived, The Daily Mail reported, but Robinson said Caitlin went into labor spontaneously.
Seven-pound Lucy was born healthy at 39 weeks.
