Homes in a new development off Memorial Drive between Kirkwood and East Lake are now on the market in the $500,000s.
From builder Empire Atlanta, the houses have three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The homes, at about 2,400 square feet, come in various two- and three-story floor plans.
The move-in ready homes are slated to be finished this summer, with several already under contract. According to the builder's website, the homes feature spacious kitchens, open floor plans and "inviting front porches."
Empire touts the development’s location as having “unmatched connectivity.”
