If there’s a highly-coveted toy or manga you’ve been hoping to get your hands on, MomoCon and Dragon Con’s upcoming garage sale is calling your name.

Touted as the “Geek Garage Sale,” the March 1 gathering promises to have a number of gently used, post-consumer items for folks interested in all things cosplay, anime and more.

Admission is $3 and parking is free for the event. The first 100 attendees will also have free entry. Vendors are already filled up with folks who have collectibles they're hoping to get off their hands. However, a waiting list is available in the event of cancellations. You must be an approved vendor to be able to sell at the event.

“This event is not intended for retail vendors or artists, please see other events throughout the year and the conventions themselves for opportunities for these types of vendors,” reads the vendor sign-up form.

Anticipated items for sale include DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, cosplay items, wall scrolls and records, to name a few.

The garage sale comes ahead of MomoCon, which has lately been hosted in May. The event initially began in 2004 after the Georgia Tech anime club, Anime O-Tekku, launched it as a small gaming and anime convention on campus. In 2019, hundreds of thousands of attendees visited MomoCon in its 15th year at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Dragon Con, meanwhile, occurs on Labor Day weekend in Atlanta. It began in 1987, and is touted as “the largest multi-media, popular culture convention focusing on science fiction &  fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music, and film in the universe,” according to the website.
