Yoga helps to increase flexibility, release stress, and enhances athletic performance.
Bro’ Yoga is “a strong, challenging yoga class and discussion, geared just for men,” according to a release about the class. Light refreshments will be served.
The cost is $35 per person for non-members and starts at $20 per person for MJCCA members, depending on the membership.
