May the force — or fourth  — be with you on Disney+ next month.

A new docuseries about the behind-the-scenes aspects of “The Mandalorian” is set to debut on Star Wars day, a fan-generated holiday which is annually celebrated on May 4.

“Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian” is hosted by executive producer Jon Favreau who invites the cast and crew to share how the show is created, according to a press release. Interviews, roundtables and never-before-seen footage will be featured in the eight-part documentary series.

“‘Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian’ is an opportunity for fans of the show to take a look inside and get to see a different perspective, and perhaps a greater understanding, of how ‘The Mandalorian’ came together and some of the incredibly talented contributors throughout Season 1,” said Favreau, “The Mandalorian” creator and showrunner, in a statement. “We had a great experience making the show and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.”

Among what’s in store for fans, they’ll get a closer look at the technology, filmmaking process, artistry, props, the score and the legacy of George Lucas’ “Star Wars.”

The docuseries’ premiere will come three days after the season one finale of “The Mandalorian,” which has become a pop culture phenomenon.

New episodes of  “Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian” will premiere every Friday following its Monday, May 4 debut.
