History: For more than 40 years, children and adults with disabilities have felt involved and supported in their communities because of InCommunity. InCommunity has served more than 10,000 members since its inception in 1979.

Did you know: Because of its strong network of partners, InCommunity members can participate in a variety of innovative programs and services that include career training, gardening, and health and fitness programs. By "embracing the abilities in all of us," InCommunity members stay active in their communities all year long.

Its motto: InCommunity's mission is to partner to enrich and sustain the lives of individuals who have developmental disabilities, their families, and their communities.

How you can help: Volunteer at an InCommunity annual event or enjoy an afternoon of fun and meaningful activities during one of the day programs. Volunteers who want to work indoors can assist in the Atlanta or Roswell office, or for those who like to work outdoors, assistance with yard maintenance is always helpful. Financial donations are also welcome.
