Just 15 minutes outside of Athens, sits a charming, king-sized farmhouse with Southern charm straight out of the days of yesteryear. The classic home is for sale at a modern price of $1.4 million.

The price tag may be steep for the 4,000 square foot abode, but the amenities can fill up a lengthy laundry list. To start, the home, located in Watkinsville, Georgia, features three porches, oversized windows and a three-car garage with space that could be used as an income property.

“It speaks to people,” Witt told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “The house just captures the imagination. It’s peaceful and private. It’s really just taking a life of its own.”
