There’s a new title holder in town — Midtown, that is.

This renovated white brick Colonial just sold for $1.88 million, making it the priciest home ever sold in Midtown, according to Realtor Adam Parker, with Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services.

“It is the highest sale on record for single family homes in Midtown history,” Parker, who is the listing agent for the property, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

It is also the highest price paid per square foot, Parker said, at more than $497.

The previous record was $1.78 million for the neighborhood, set in 2017, according to a previous report by Curbed.

Built in 1916, the six bedroom, five bath house is very near Piedmont Park. It comes with three fireplaces, a carriage house above the two-car garage, an outdoor kitchen and a heated pool with fountains.
