Nestled deep in a cul-de-sac in Brittany in Brookhaven is a beautiful home going on the market.

For $1.6 million you can buy this house at 1177 Rennes Court. It uses an open floor plan to accommodate its antique hardwood floors, granite counters, screened-in porch, rec room and art studio. At least, that's what we think the description says. The listing on the realtor's site (mirror) is riddled with abbreviations and typos, which is slightly worrying for a company selling something that costs more than a million dollars.

The realtor's site also calls it the first time the home has been on the market, but Zillow lists several previous sales in 2008, 2007 and 1994.

The house has six full bathrooms and one half-bath. It sits on a half-acre lot with four bedrooms.
