At least, that's what we think the description says. The listing on the realtor's site (mirror) is riddled with abbreviations and typos, which is slightly worrying for a company selling something that costs more than a million dollars.
The realtor's site also calls it the first time the home has been on the market, but Zillow lists several previous sales in 2008, 2007 and 1994.
The house has six full bathrooms and one half-bath. It sits on a half-acre lot with four bedrooms.
