Holiday inflatables cover the lawn

A Brookhaven homeowner is literally stopping traffic with his numerous inflatable Christmas decorations.

The Gropper family in Brookhaven has been putting up Christmas themed inflatable lawn displays for the past 8-years. Now, 150 unique displays cover the front lawn and the front of the house.

Zack Gropper tries to get a carousel inflatable display up and working. Homeowner Gary Gropper is a neurosurgeon at Piedmont Hospital, and he, along with his wife and 4 grown children, begin setting the display the day after Thanksgiving.

The house is located on the corner of Peachtree Dunwoody Road and Winall Down Road in Brookhaven.

The display is inflated from 8 a.m. until midnight every night.

The Groppers have their fan base but acknowledge there are those who have complained about the traffic of onlookers.
