Embattled actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested in November after allegedly hitting a woman during a fight at a New York nightclub. She was also arrested in September in New York City on charges that she clipped a pedestrian with her car and did not stop. She was also in court earlier in the year stemming from charges of shoplifting a necklace in 2011.
