Release and let go: New Year's Eve burning bowl ceremony at Unity North Atlanta Church in Marietta Saturday, Dec. 31, 2010. On New Year's Eve participants write down the experiences, conflicts, or unhappiness of the past year that they wish to release to God through fire. Participants place their lists into the sacred fire of release. This ritual creates the space within necessary for the new.
