What do you think were the most notable 'Idol' or 'Idol'-related moments of the year?

Season six of 'American Idol' may have been less-than-inspiring, but it did have its moments ...

How could we have pictures of memorable 'Idol' moments and not begin with Sanjaya and his 'FauxHawk'?

Do you prefer to remember actual talent, such as Lakisha's show-stopping rendition of 'And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going' ...

... or were you one of the millions investigating all those Internet rumors concerning Antonella Barba, who reportedly surpassed Britney Spears as the most searched person on the 'Net for a week?

Then there were the 'mentors,' headlined by Jennifer Lopez, who managed to bring out the best of Sanjaya with his performance of 'Besame Mucho.'

Unfortunately for Gwen Stefani, Sanjaya didn't do as well with her hit 'Bathwater.'

If you're into old-school, and we mean old, Tony Bennett's appearance is at the top of your list.

But our vote for favorite 'mentor moment' has to go to Blake's beatbox version of the Bon Jovi hit 'You Give Love a Bad Name.'

Bon Jovi didn't seem thrilled when one of his signature songs was messed with, but it was the performance that launched Blake into the runner-up spot.

If you like practical jokes, maybe your favorite memory was when the producers decided to pull a fast one on eventual winner Jordin Sparks and make it seem for a few seconds that she was eliminated but not really.

There were also a few memorable 'Idol' moments that weren't actually on the show. Season Three's Jennifer Hudson won an Oscar for her performance in 'Dreamgirls.'

Carrie Underwood's powerful voice made her $7 million during 2007.

And Chris Daughtry proved you didn't have to be in the 'Idol' finale to have commercial success. His band, Daughtry, had Billboard's top-selling album of 2007 and won three American Music Awards.
