Glamorous Buckhead estate hits the market for $4.5 million

The estate at 3351 Woodhaven Rd NW is indeed stately. At nearly 10,000 square feet, the Buckhead home with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half baths sits on nearly three acres of land. 

The historic property, known as the Knollwood Estate, recently hit the market — for $4.5 million.

According to the listing on buckhead.com, the 1930s home was among the original estates in the Tuxedo Park area.
