What are silent parties? Silent parties, or silent discos, are events where every guest dons headphones and can tune in to one of three stations of their choice to dance with their friends. There’s a little bit of everything, from salsa and hip hop to belly dancing and fitness dance, which makes it easy to strut your stuff all month long.
