Community Egg Drop
It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's an egg drop! For the eighth year in a row, the Easter Bunny is going high tech and enlisting the help of a helicopter to deliver more than 90,000 eggs and 300,000 pieces of candy to the fields around Sprayberry High School in East Cobb. Once dropped, there will be several hunts held throughout the afternoon, with times reserved for specific ages and abilities. And the fun doesn't stop there. For $7, check out the Kids Zone or laugh along with LEW-E's Comedy Circus. Grab a bite to eat from a variety of vendors who will donate their proceeds to programs at Sprayberry High School and Kell High School.

SUWANEE
Glow in the Park
Suwanee’s Town Center Park will be all aglow this Saturday as part of the “Glow in the Park” party. Beginning with more than two hours of food, fun, games and activities for all ages, the evening kicks into full swing at 7:30 p.m. with a lantern parade. Bring your own lantern (just make sure it’s lit with LEDs and not an actual flame) or watch as the different designs go past onlookers. Prizes will be awarded for best lantern and best costume. Stick around for a free concert by ’80s cover band, Electric Avenue.

“Urinetown”
Leave it to Broadway to put a humorous spin on water shortages. The cast and staff of Act3 Playhouse in Sandy Springs brings the issue to town with a staging of the Tony Award-winning musical comedy “Urinetown.” The show introduces the audience to a town plagued by a 20-year water shortage in which private toilets are banned. But one of the townsfolk has had enough and decides it’s time to take action. Laugh along as the show offers more than a touch of satire on the legal system, populism, bureaucracy and even local politics. Tickets are available online or by phone.
