A new cookbook is aimed squarely at the young, scrappy and especially hungry.

That’s right, “Hamilton” fans: The world is getting a cookbook inspired by Alexander Hamilton.

“The Hamilton Cookbook: Cooking, Eating and Entertaining in Hamilton’s World,” ($19.99 on Amazon) prepares the menu, the venue, the seating, but … it won’t be released until Nov. 17. You’ll just have to wait for it.

The book promises to teach you how to eat and entertain like the ten-dollar Founding Father, Alexander Hamilton, America’s first Treasury Secretary. Though given we’re talking about a variation of British food, this may be one shot you might want to throw away.

Then again, perhaps the world is wide enough for dishes such as cauliflower two ways (a veggie duel?), fried sausages and apples, gingerbread cake and, of course, all-American apple pie.
