We love the Houndstooth Grill in Braselton, and we especially enjoy their Mixed Seafood Fettuccini. Any chance they might part with the recipe? — M. D. Moore, Buford

Yanis Latsis, owner of Houndstooth Grill and Bar, tells us he’s been in the culinary industry for 28 years and has always enjoyed fresh seafood. “Over my years in the business, several mentors have worked with Creole-inspired flavors, which has taught me balance in spice and flavor. This dish combines my love of seafood and Creole seasonings and answer the question of what seafood dish to have for dinner. It combines my top favorites including broiled fish, sautéed scallops, grilled shrimp and lump crab. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.”

At the restaurant this recipe makes one generous portion or can be shared for two.
