Atlanta's Amazon Prime members have yet another reason to never leave the house.

Amazon.com announced Tuesday that Prime members using the Prime Now mobile app can take advantage of free one-hour delivery from such local restaurants as Chai Pani, Flip Burger, Grindhouse Bugers, Flying Biscuit and more, according to a news release. Prime members pay an annual fee that offers free two-day shipping on millions of items on Amazon.com, movie and television streaming and online shopping deals in nearly 30 metro areas.

Through the new restaurant delivery app, Atlanta's Prime members can peruse menus, place orders, track their delivery and even watch in real time as the delivery driver travels from their favorite eatery to the the final destination.

Downtown Mediterranean restaurant Aviva by Kameel is one of the more than 60 restaurants participating in Amazon's new program.

“Aviva by Kameel is thrilled to offer free delivery through Amazon Restaurants on Prime Now,”  Nasri Srouji, general manager, Aviva by Kameel, said in a written statement. “Now customers can enjoy our simple, delicious and healthy food from anywhere in the city, including the convenience of their own homes.”
