Find yourself not losing weight or toning up despite daily, intense exercise? The solution may be as simple as changing your workout.

According to Business Insider, fitness scientists are still trying to figure out why some people just don't respond to intense interval workout routines.

But studies show that changing your workout from an intense routine to a more endurance-based routine can help "non-responders."
