How long she's kept it off: "Still would like to lose 10 more pounds, but I started in October 2009," says Webb.

Personal life: Webb works at Merrill Lynch as a financial assistant. She lives in Alpharetta with her husband, Tommy, their two children, Luke, 2 ½ years, and Tyler, 1 ½ years, and two black Labs, Spooky and Shadow.

Turning point: "I needed to lose weight after being pregnant two years in a row," she says. "Consistency ... and having a partner to work out with, my mom, helped me stay on track."

Diet plan: She follows the Weight Watchers plan. Breakfast is oatmeal. Midmorning she snacks on yogurt and fruit. Lunch is a salad with lean protein such as chicken or tuna. Her afternoon snack is almond butter on wheat bread, and dinner is usually something quick such as a frozen low-calorie dinner.

Exercise routine: "I work out with a personal trainer two times a week at North Point Personal Training, go to exercise class on the weekends and try to get in a walk or run with my double stroller at least one to two times a week."

Biggest challenge: "Finding the balance between raising two young children, working full time and also trying to exercise and eat healthy," she says is her biggest challenge. But like any multi-tasking mom, she's found creative ways to make it happen from shifting workday hours so she can leave earlier to spending weekends chopping veggies and planning meals for the busy week ahead. Two days a week, she picks her boys up later from day care to have time to work out.  "I know a lot of mothers would feel guilty about this, but I needed to make a healthy lifestyle change for both myself and my kids."

How life has changed: "I have a lot more energy and am more active than I used to be," she says. "I love the way my clothes fit now. I am all around just a lot happier with myself, which makes me have a more positive attitude about everything." Her secret to success was staying positive and patient. "All the weight was not put on overnight, and it is going to take time to lose it all."
