WHAT SHE'S WEARING: Nelli dress, shoes by ABS, bracelet from the '80s, earrings from Target.

A FASHION PET PEEVE: "Men on motorcycles wearing white socks ... white socks in general ... not a fan."

A WEAKNESS: "I have self-control and a love for design. I know that if I pass something up, I may very likely find something I love as much in the future. For furniture, chairs. They are like individual pieces of art with a thousand different personalities. I have a slight chair addiction."

BEST FIND: "My Cynthia Rowley soft brown leather satchel handbag. I never knew when I bought that it would be with me nearly every day from then on." Here, Blount sports a leather jacket from Deep Los Angeles and a top from Zoe D.

STAND-OUT FASHION MOMENT: "That can only happen when you feel centered and confident. That comes first, then the fashion falls into place. I can't think of one moment, but I can say that sometimes getting ready to go to an event can be as much fun to me as actually being there, so I don't mind if I arrive a little late. I'm still having fun."

ATLANTA STYLE IS ... : "Still finding its voice. ... Atlanta seems to be caught between an older, traditional style while the new influx of people moving in from different places is bringing a more modern feel. It's pretty segmented now and still looking for its common voice."

FAVORITE STORES: "Luxe, Mitzi & Romano, Anthropologie, Karen Millen, and anything vintage."

FAVORITE LABELS: "Bottega Veneta. Otherwise, none specific."

Blount found this belt, which is her favorite because it goes with every pair of jeans, in Italy.

BIGGEST SPLURGE: "A ring I bought at Bottega Veneta in Florence, which I lost somewhere between my house, studio and rock climbing or sailing ... so many sport bags and clothing changes begs for the loss of a lot of clothing." Blount models a BCBG jacket.
