Heather Luttrell, 30, is a Musician and painter from East Point.

Luttrell shows off her tattoos, which reflect her love of insects thanks to her grandfather's career as a botanist.

WHAT SHE'S WEARING: Luttrell displays her style in her East Point home wearing a 1940s vintage dress purchased off eBay for $11, black GBX boots bought for $80, which have been repaired 10 times during the past 11 years, heart wire necklace and a Luttrell guitar built by her father Ralph.

SIGNATURE STYLE: Vintage, rock 'n' roll, shabby chic-ish. "I love to pick a favorite piece of jewelry and build an outfit around that. I love bright colors, earth tones and big clunky boots." Luttrell painted her '72 Buick herself.

BEST FIND: A favorite wire heart necklace that took two years to find.

A FASHION PET PEEVE: "Young girls who attempt to dress like the characters from 'Sex and the City.' Bicycle shorts have got to go, and Crocs really bother me. Please remember that pajamas should stay at home, as well as slippers. Geez." Luttrell purchased this skull belt in Los Angeles.

STAND-OUT FASHION MOMENT: "Being a musician on stage, you always have to look your best so I would suppose the first time I was on a big stage at the Tabernacle, and you have thousands of people looking right at you. I was wearing a black top and my favorite jeans. Fashion to me is about looking good but still feeling as comfortable as possible."

BIGGEST SPLURGE: "Probably my New Rock boots -- or this beautiful $200 vintage style dress I bought window shopping after a few martinis in NYC. It was sobering later when I saw the receipt, but I wear it a lot and it always makes me feel like a princess."

FAVORITE STORES: Thrift stores. Etsy.com. "I love to walk through Betsey Johnson, but can't bring myself to spend that much." Squash Blossom in Decatur, Rag-O-Rama, Cherry Bomb in Little Five Points.

FAVORITE LABELS: "I am not really a label girl, but if I were I would go for Free People and Betsey Johnson. Oh, and I love my big clunky boots from New Rock and GBH."

These big black GBH boots are also one of Lutrell's best finds.

Luttrell and her sisters have this similar tattoo. The letters contain their initials -- C for Calli and H for Heather.

ATLANTA STYLE IS... weather affected. "I love to layer in the winter and wear a simple hippie dress in summer. Scarf and hoodie season in the fall is my favorite, as I love to knit."

A WEAKNESS: I love finding a really outstanding piece of jewelry that no one else has. I have a definite weakness for one of a kind, vintage and anything green. I love green."
