Dallas-based reporter Steve Noviello recently discovered "mermaid pillows" at the Nebraska Furniture Mart.

The "sequin fabric seemingly changes color when you 'paint' on them with your hand," Mashable reported.

The pillows are covered in two-sided sequins. One side has silver sequins, and the other side has blue ones.

Noviello posted a video of himself creating different designs and patterns on the glitzy cushions.

The video has been viewed more than 31 million times on Facebook.

The surge of attention for the pillows caused the Nebraska store to sell out of the pillows, but according to Noiello's updated Facebook status, interested consumers can find the Aviva Stanoff Design Mermaid Sequins Pillows, which sell for $149 each, in a variety of colors online. There are also cheaper versions available on Amazon and Bling is the New Black.
