The state’s tourism department knows travel looks different these days, which is why Explore Georgia has rolled out online programming to explore the Peach State from home.

"We're all in this together, and Georgia will be ready and waiting for you when it's time to travel again," a post on Explore Georgia's website reads. "Until then, enjoy these activities, games and entertaining ways to explore the state."

The digital campaign, Explore Georgia from Home, features online puzzles, coloring pages with scenes from across the state, playlists, movie recommendations and more.

The site has also pulled together a large array of digital offerings from entities across the state, from streaming plays from Elm Street Cultural Arts Village to learning about history in Thomasville.

Additionally, the interactive website features:

  • Digital puzzles of scenes across the state like an Atlanta United game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Chattahoochee Riverwalk in Columbus.
  • There's a watch list of shows and movies filmed in Georgia.
  • You can even step up your Zoom background with snapshots of north Georgia waterfalls or the Georgia coast.
