Emory University’s Candler School of Theology will sponsor a conference that examines the challenges to the church, world and the future of theological education March 18 through March 20, 2015.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Marilynne Robinson will be among more than a dozen theologians to address the issues facing Christian theology.

The conference is the centerpiece of the spring portion of Candler’s Centennial Celebration.

Luke Timothy Johnson, Emory’s R.W. Woodruff Professor of New Testament and Christian Origins, and chair of Candler’s Centennial Celebration will deliver the keynote address, “Theological Challenges of the New Century.”
