Finding a lot to park your car is a notorious struggle in Atlanta. Well, the folks at Dad’s Garage are suggesting you leave the car at home and instead come eat, drink and be merry in a “big stupid parking lot.”

The event is an annual fundraiser for the local theater company and comedy club.

On March 28, the lot at Dad’s Garage will be full — of rides, food and plenty of beer. The Big Stupid Parking Lot Carnival kicks off at 3 p.m. and continues until 8 p.m.

In addition to carnival games and rides, the festivities will include booths like “redneck wine tasting,” “bad caricatures” and more.

It's a chance to "experience our brand of comedy in a whole new way," according to a posting for the event.

The event is for a 21+ crowd and no dogs will be allowed.

Tickets range from $15 all the way to $100 for a VIP entry. More information on tickets is available here.

Dad’s Garage was founded as a nonprofit theater in 1995. According to its website, the company entertains more than 30,000 people annually.
