Leap Day newborns at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania may only get to celebrate their birthdays once every four years, but their first day on Earth will be one they'll spend the rest of their lives looking at photos of.

Nurses at the hospital have dressed the newborn babies up as frogs in green costumes as a play on the word "leap."

“We love to see our babies dressed up,” said Sharon Johnson, clinical supervisor of St. Clair’s family birth center. “The parents are so excited. They love to see things like this.”

The babies will get to keep a green frog bib and a knit cap.
