Hockey legend Chris Chelios asks $75 million for beach property

The former Atlanta Thrashers player’s Malibu mansion is stunning

Legendary hockey defenseman Chris Chelios, a a three-time Stanley Cup champion and former Atlanta Thrashers player, is putting his beachside Malibu mansion on the market for a stunning $75 million, Forbes reported. The hall of famer’s beach home rests within Paradise Cove, a coastal community of some of California’s most luxurious beachside houses.

Roughly 45 minutes from Los Angeles, the community has earned a reputation as being the playground for the rich and famous. At 3,795 square feet, Chelios’ home is priced at a staggering $19,763 per square foot. It features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half bathroom.
