An outdoor summer yoga series mixes fresh air and exercise in the Lawrenceville Square.

The series is a partnership between the city of Lawrenceville and Performance Power Yoga. The three, free outdoor sessions are open to all ages and yogis of all skill levels.

Staff members from the studio will be instructing the classes from a safe distance. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register online in advance, to limit contact. Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask before and after the class, but don’t need to wear them during the session itself, according to a Facebook event post.

In addition to a mask, plan to bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.

The series kicks of at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13 and will also be held 7-8 p.m. on Aug. 20 and Aug. 27.

More information on registering for the classes can be found here.
