Louisville rapper Jack Harlow’s successful year just got more exciting, as he announced a collaboration meal with fast food giant KFC this week.

The Grammy-nominated artist announced the meal with an Instagram post last week, which featured the items in the meal and a KFC drink cup with a picture of his face in place of their typical Colonel Sanders logo.

The meal is set to include KFC’s new Spicy Chicken Sandwich, with two sides — Secret Recipe Fries and macaroni and cheese — and will be topped off with Classic Ranch dipping sauce and a lemonade.

“My meal brings together my childhood favorites from growing up in Louisville,” Harlow said in a news release.

KFC and Harlow also announced limited-edition merchandise which will be available on the KFC app.

The meal is the latest entry in the growing trend of musical artists collaborating with fast food companies on their own combo meals. 2021 saw collaborations between Megan Thee Stallion and Popeye’s, Saweetie and McDonald’s, and Justin Bieber and Tim Horton’s. However, the collaboration with the “First Class” singer is KFC’s first celebrity meal.

Earlier this week, Harlow was spotted working at a KFC drive thru in Atlanta to promote the meal.

Harlow and KFC first announced their partnership last December, donating $250,000 to those affected by last year’s tornadoes in western Kentucky.
