Although it was President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris who were the main attractions, they weren’t the stars of social media memes being shared by thousands.
With his beige parka and knitted mittens, Sen. Bernie Sanders socially distancing on a folding chair was swiftly photoshopped into numerous situations and scenarios.
Former first lady Michelle Obama and other women at the event were also the subjects of several memes circulating on Instagram and Twitter.
