Arby’s has entered the spicy sandwich arena, saying its new sandwich is so hot you’ll need the free shake it comes with to “help cool you down” between bites.

The Diablo Dare Sandwich debuted at Arby’s locations nationwide on Monday and will be available through Feb. 6. It’s available in two varieties: crispy chicken and smoked brisket.

The limited-time sandwich has five sources of heat, including ghost pepper jack cheese, fiery hot seasoning, fire-roasted jalapenos and Diablo BBQ sauce served on a red chipotle bun.

“This is not a sandwich for the faint of heart,” Patrick Schwing, chief marketing officer of Arby’s, said in a release. “Everyone in the quick-service restaurant industry says they have a spicy option, but our research tells us that consumers are disappointed by fast-food claims of spicy.”

The Diablo Dare will be available at participating locations nationwide and starts at $5.99, including the free 12-ounce vanilla shake.
