Things to do in North Fulton in January

From Argentinean tango music to live reptile shows, North Fulton cities feature a lineup of fun events for the whole family. Here are a few in January.

Jason Clark of Southeastern Reptile Rescue will perform live reptile shows while the Reptile Wagon gives visitors a chance to see venomous and nonvenomous snakes up close. There also will be face-painting, crafts and games.

Skate at Avalon seven days a week through the end of January. From 5-9 p.m. Jan. 7 , guests are invited to dress as their favorite movie character and receive $2 off admission. Avalon on Ice celebrates Disco Night on Jan. 14, and Neon Night is slated for Jan. 21.
