Tuesday, March 22

This event celebrates women and fitness. There is even a stroller division start for moms. Proceeds from the race go towards Back on My Feet, an organization that uses running to help those experiencing homelessness change the way they see themselves so they can make a real change in their lives—change that results in employment and independent living.

Oyster Crawfish Festival at Park Tavern | 1:30 p.m.
$15 general admission, $45 VIP admission

Nearly ten thousand pounds of fresh Louisiana lobster will be served up at this event. Come enjoy a day filled with food and music. The festival ends with a performance from Cowboy Mouth, a New Orleans band with a unique style of ‘rock and roll gumbo.’

Rescue Dog Olympics at Brook Run Park | 11 a.m.
