Henry Holiday Tour of Homes
Several homeowners in Henry County already have hauled out the holly, put candles in the windows and strung the bright lights to add a little Christmas now. And, though it hasn’t snowed a single flurry, they invite you to join in the holiday spirit this weekend by visiting them during the Henry Holiday Tour of Homes. Start at the Winsor Gallery in the heart of McDonough, where you’ll receive a map of all the featured homes to visit at your own pace. Before you set off, you might want to check out the wreaths featured in the gallery, which were decorated by Henry County residents and businesses, as well as the gallery’s decorated rooftop.

CUMMING
Christmas in Cumming
Now in its 20th year, the annual Christmas in Cumming arts and crafts festival has become a major event on the north metro area’s roster of seasonal traditions. Get some of that gift list checked off while browsing the wide selection of unique gifts from more than 100 artists. In addition to all the handmade goods, there will be a Christmas light show, caroling, hayrides and marshmallow roasting Friday night. On Saturday, take the kids to get their pictures taken for free with jolly old St. Nick.

NORCROSS & MARIETTA
Free bowling
Don’t get bowled over by boredom this weekend. Instead, head out for a round of free bowling and a few free arcade games at Bowlero. The company is setting up shop in both Norcross and Marietta, and, as part of the grand opening celebrations, the two locations are offering free bowling to showcase the venues. Along with the games, look for prize giveaways all afternoon. Register online to let the owners know you’re coming.
