KENNESAW

Great Southern Food Truck Rally

More than 40 of the best food trucks in metro Atlanta will be on hand for what promises to become an annual happening. Judge the best tastes for yourself, or wait for the results from the panel of culinary experts. Listen to live musical performances, or try your luck with the lawn games. A $10 admission gets you inside the festival, but food purchases are extra. If you love craft beer, consider the $50 VIP ticket that gets you in an hour earlier than everyone else and gives you access to the VIP Georgia Brew area and a selection of beer from local breweries.

11 a.m.-9 p.m. Aug. 27. $10-$50. KSU Sports and Entertainment Park, 3200 George Busbee Parkway, Kennesaw. 470-578-4849, greatsouthernfoodtruckrally.com.
